The Law Office of Priscilla Pelgen is an Indiana family law firm dedicated to representing men. Priscilla Pelgen offers traditional legal services at her Kokomo, Indiana office and consumer educational materials in a variety of learning formats.
Physical hours at the Kokomo office are by appointment only because Priscilla travels frequently throughout Indiana on legal matters, and throughout the country on speaking engagements.
All clients have 24/7/365 access to their individual clientspace pages (accessible via any Internet connection) for secure communication with Priscilla, and up to the minute – current case information, including appointments and hearings.
Our Firm Communication Policy
Priscilla’s consumer information materials are offered as a public service only. The legal information contained within her education materials is only legal information and not specific legal advice. Ordering any educational material from Priscilla Pelgen cannot make you a client of the law firm, or Priscilla Pelgen. To become a client of Priscilla’s, a specific application process must be completed and approved.
Priscilla’s tools include her monthly newsletter, free books, teleseminars, webinars and more. Her clients have 24/7/365 access to individual clientspace pages (accessible via any Internet connection) for secure communication with Priscilla, and up to the minute – current case information, including appointments and hearings.
My promise to my clients is that while I am working on their case, I do not accept inbound phone calls, faxes, or emails. Priscilla Pelgen accepts no inbound unscheduled contact requests whatsoever. This policy is cost efficient for clients and other professionals, makes her much more productive and gets cases resolved quicker.
You can always reach one of Priscilla’s assistant’s at (888) 439-2568, and schedule an in-person or phone appointment, usually within 24-48 hours. This is cheaper and more efficient for all involved, rather than playing an endless game of “phone tag” like most businesses today.
Remember, both the secure client portal and email are checked no more than twice a day. Replies are scheduled into the calendar, in the order received. So, if its really important, don’t email–call instead.
